Initial Intake Session

90 Minutes • Call for A Free 15min Consult

The Initial Intake session is for new clients who have never been seen at M.A.Y. Frog Therapy. Initial Intake sessions are 1.5hr in order to gain a full perspective of one's personal history and presenting issues to begin our work together without wasting time in an assessment phase, which can last from 4-6 sessions long. The time during our Initial Intake allows us to strategize and develop a plan on how best to move forward in our therapy sessions together to get the most effective results.

Individuals

inner healing • 50 MINUTES

When we embark on our personal journey of growth and transformation our internal wilderness can seem filled with the angst of the unknown. Therapy can offer guidance, support, and be an ally when we feel alone, discouraged, and hopeless. As a guide, I help you to navigate the inner landscape of mind, body, and heart to overcome and dissolve obstacles that stand in your way of joy, peace, and happiness.

Couples

Collective Healing • 50 MINUTES

A relationship is a functioning system that wants to operate as a whole. Unity within relationships can be challenging when individual's history, traumas, family, and societal conditioning leave us with disparate parts of ourselves that need reconciliation so that the relationship can experience wholeness. Couples therapy offers reunification of our individual selves within the relationship for joy and love to blossom and grow.

 

 

Telemedicine

60 MINUTES • 90 MINUTES

Telemedicine is offered through Zoom to give individuals access to therapy without the constraints of having to meet in-person at the office (i.e driving through traffic, COVID-19), while still having personal privacy and confidentiality during sessions. Telemedicine sessions are available after an initial assessment (which can also be completed online).
