About
For over a decade, Hui has guided individuals on the path of inner mastery, helping them reconnect mind, body, and heart to live with clarity, purpose, and resilience. With a strong foundation in psychology, meditation, yoga, and Aikido, her work is where evidence-based practice meets spiritual wisdom — an integrative approach to deep, embodied transformation.
Hui holds a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where Eastern and Western modalities converge for a holistic therapeutic model. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Strengths-Based Coaching, and Goal-Oriented Psychotherapy, all delivered through a deeply client-centered lens.
Hui specializes in helping clients transmute trauma, fear, grief, and life transitions into aligned action and empowered living. She creates spaces where the emotional body is not only understood but transformed — using a mind-body-energy framework that bridges psychology and spiritual practice to translate deep inner work into practical, everyday solutions.
As a certified yoga teacher (200hr RYT) and a 2nd-degree black belt in Aikido, Hui brings a grounded, somatic intelligence to her work. She supports clients in cultivating presence, nervous and emotional system regulation, and embodied leadership through breath, alignment, and intentional movement. Her martial arts background informs her capacity to guide clients through relational challenges with a calm, assertive, and compassionate presence.
In addition to her clinical and somatic expertise, Hui has served internationally in China, supporting children in orphanages and foster care to find safe and permanent homes. She is bilingual in Mandarin and brings a global perspective to her healing work.
Hui’s sessions are more than therapeutic — they are experiential containers for aligned action, spiritual integration, and deeply rooted personal transformation. Whether through 1:1 sessions, group work, or workshops, Hui empowers individuals to activate the full potential of their lives — from the inside out.
